So, I ordered a t-shirt on the 7th December. 30th January I've heard nothing and don't have the t-shirt. I'm bemused how this company makes a profit - if you have the t-shirt, send it, if it is on order, keep the customer updated, if you cannot source the t-shirt, refund the customer and tell them you are doing so. This is ABC stuff. PS Fanatics own Kitbag, so if you have had the same experience with them, you know why.

Bought a tee off their website on 18/10. Was told to expect delivery 03/11. 03/11 comes and goes, go on to order tracking, still awaiting dispatch. First email sent to their customer service on 18/11. No reply. Follow-up email 01/12. No reply. Keep in mind that they “aim to reply to emails within 24h”. EVENTUALLY managed to find a customer service number from the official Fanatics site (nowhere to be found on the MLB site) and a refund has been arranged, thankfully this process was pretty smooth. I could hear other customer service agents in the background getting a hard time off other customers, so I’m clearly not the only one. I was then told that my t-shirt wasn’t even in stock! The fact I was able to send money for an out of stock item is ridiculous and the complete lack of communication has been very disappointing. I wish I’d checked here first…

Everything went really well. I got my email right away and tracking code two days after, worked fine. In two weeks got my order without difficulties.

I'd give 0 stars if I could, I ordered (and payed) t-shirt for my husband last Christmas (2021) and it has never arrived. Impossible to reach out to them.

order a cap and it has been more than 16 days already and never heard something from them. Tried contacting their support team but seems to do nothing cause can’t even get to get them.

Ordered from these guys, they didn't send a confirmation email, nor tracking number. After reading the reviews here I was a tad worried. I contacted them via email customer.services AT mlbshopeurope.com. Received an automated email saying "For a faster response, you can chat live with one of our Fan Advocates from 9:30 AM GMT – 5:00 PM GMT."

Went to their website, tried to follow up the query and got an annoying bot. It was not an easy thing to navigate and took some frustrating fiddling to find the information I was searching for. Was not helpful. (Cant enter a order number if they never sent it to me.) Finagled it by submitting my phone number and email and then viola I finally had a tracking number.

From there though, it was relatively simple and easy.

They used Fastway Couriers (which in my country I've found to be quiet reliable). Delighted to find the order already in my country and I promptly received the item that afternoon.

All in all, from purchase to delivery took exactly a week.

Item was legit merchandise and good quality.

3 stars because of the pain in the backside web navigation and the bot.

Ordered a t-shirt for my girlfriends birthday (6th August) present on July 1st. At the time of order it said the item would be available from July 20th, it is now 9th August with no sign of the item. Emailed the company several times with no real response and track my order on the website shows order is still pending an expected delivery date of 3rd August. Will absolutely not use this company again and advise everyone else against doing so!!!!!

Ordered a shirt 9 days ago, off the shelf and paid express next day delivery. Not arrived and still showing processing..Don't waste your money or time. Quicker to order somewhere else wich is what I did. Now the battle to get my £119 back. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

EDIT 3 : The package arrived. Not sure what caused the initial blunder. I am happy with the product and with the service I got after contacting their FB team.

EDIT 2 : Fanatics Facebook Messenger - they were helpful and responsive. I have my confirmation and my tracking now. So I’ll boost from 1 to 2 stars. If and when my package arrives I’ll add another update.

EDIT 1: I have since found an email address, customer.services at mlbshopeurope.com for anyone looking, the cynical part of me is not at all surprised this hidden elsewhere on the website (rather than on the Customer Service page). Let's see if they respond.

Ordered a Dodgers Jersey days ago.

No confirmation email, yesterday I got a dispatch notice email but the only text inside it was "Incorrect locale information provided" - concerning?

There is no way of contacting anyone within the company. The chat service goes unanswered (having monitored for hours), their social media channels are no better, I have tried reaching out to Fanatics (who I believe are the parent company).

I worry I might have been conned.

Chat is constantly unavailable, saying that all their Fan Advocates are busy assisting other Fans and if you choose one of the options available, it brings you on a loop of unanswered questions since they do not provide any additional help or information. Sent an email (since it was the only solution to get in touch with them) and waited already for 5 days (2 emails sent by the time I'm writing this review) and no answer whatsoever, so I call their bluff when they say they will answer you in 24h...
Luckily I haven't even yet made an order, I was trying to get more information on what size to buy and some extra info on the characteristics of the jersey. If they are like this before a sale, I can only imagine how they will handle it on the after-sale...

Absolute rubbish. Expensive shipping costs are forgivable considering items are shipped from the US but communication was awful, as order tracking does not seem to update and the website didn’t accept my order number to check the status. This also meant I had to contact customer services to arrange a return at my own expense, meaning the total cost of shipping will be 25% of the item’s value, which makes no sense. Will not be shopping here again.

I am a Rays fan living in the UK. I wanted to buy a new jersey. I went on this site and three players' names were available. Unfortunately only one of those players actually plays for the Rays. I messaged the site to let them know that they have outdated stock and ask when stock would be updated- I was basically told to keep checking the site as they only update it when they get new stock. A year later the stock is the same.

If MLB are trying to grow the game abroad they really need to take a look at this. I'm going to both UK MLB games in June and have been trying my best to spend £100 or so on a new Rays jersey for those games- but I can't.
